Whole meedjoul dates and dried figs are ground and added to California marzipan with Valrohna cocoa nibs and 72% South American rolled into a beautiful log of goodness. Then rolled in powdered sugar and packed like salami. This was made to go with meat and cheese platters but does great with salads and duck as well.
