Not actually a cocoa, more of an European styled drinking chocolate meaning that is less sweet with a thicker texture.  Made of Valrohna cocoa powder, cane sugar, dried milk powder (containing nothing but milk, as it would not be good for wheat sensitivity), 72% South American dark chocolate.  The instructions are on the back of the tube and say to use whole milk, no lower substitute will work as it has chocolate coins and they will not mix into dairy that is watered down.  Zefirs  are mentioned above in the cocoa puffs, these are vanilla bean based and the tube serves five people.
