Known as the brother of the chubby nuts, this is chocolate with nuts but in a bark style. Whole hazelnuts, almonds, macadamia and soy are tossed in egg whites, powdered sugar and sea salt and candied in the oven (as compared to just toasting).  They are then enrobed in 72% South American chocolate with raw cocoa nibs and poured into slabs then cut.  If you are a nut lover but a purist this is the one.  Same dietary restrictions apply to this as chubbies, however no dairy exists as white chocolate is eliminated.  A total dudes’s chocolate.
