Named after the Mexican wrestlers due to the tamarind which is pulpy and tangy tree pod, this toffee has soft sweet fruit notes from the apple butter with a tangy finish from the tamarind and enrobed in 72% South American chocolates. Has a little dried fruit notes although there are no dried fruits in the recipe.
