Katherine’s second favorite fudge. Peruvian 65% chocolate with pecans are soaked in handcrafted Tx Stingray rum, blackstrap molasses and vanilla bean. This fudge is definitely creamy and light and with a earthy note. For some reason it is a complete man’s fudge. Not meant for kids or gluten intolerance.
