Outside of meeting new people and enjoying some of the best chocolate in the world this class was truly educational. Katherine’s knowledge and style is exceptional and care free setting the tone for anyone to be creative.

Yummmm!!! The fudgsicle slushie was the perfect balance of rich chocolate, creaminess, and ice. Not too sweet- an elevated take on fudgsicles and perfect on a hot summer day.

Who knew dark chocolate fudge a bleu cheese would pair so well together. Honestly you don't get any of the cheesiness, but the added fatty mouthfeel and slight tanginess/saltiness really add something special.

Crack in a box is the best combination of crunch and melt in your mouth, dark chocolate! Yummmm!!

Decadent smooth dark chocolate with pistachio filling and crunchy pistachios! Loved each delicate piece. No picture because I ate it in pure bliss. Also, bring back the Yerba Mate truffle, yum!

This is what I want fudge to be. Firm enough to make the bite satisfying, a mellow sweetness with a hint of salt. Fantastic work.
