Ceremonial grade matcha and candied Japanese bread crumbs are added to Republic del Cacao white chocolate. This is the first of two bars that used white chocolate in the company since 2009. The chocolate tastes like soft sweet cream from an all woman run co op dairy farm in Ecuador and cane sugar that is cooked down.

The crunch is perfect and the Matcha white chocolate is very refreshing. I love it. I live in California, but was visiting Dallas love the store.

Delicious and arrived intact!

This is my girlfriend's favorite candy bar (she grew up in Fort Worth) so I wanted to order two as a special gift for her. The bars arrived quickly, not at all melted or damaged. Great gift, great bar, great value. They're delicious.
