Yup, hot cocoa, hot chocolate, drinking chocolate, it is all of those and more >> pushing the boundaries of definition for cocoa in a cup.  Using the best cocoa powder we could get our hands on and some other great things you can make this with water or milk.  It can also be as thick and rich or light and creamy as you like depending on how much liquid you use.  Chef Katherine uses 1 tablespoon per ounce for milk and 2 spoons for water.  

Jar serves 6-10+ cups, depending on how rich you like it

Seriously addicting drinking chocolate!

This has to be my favorite drinking chocolate, ever. It's extremely rich and smooth. The flavor of chocolate is strong, unlike normal chocolate drinks that taste mostly of sugar. I make the long drive out to the shop just for this when I run out. Drink responsibly, however, as it is addicting!

Also, every hot chocolate packets I buy are usually too sweet for me. So, when I wanted a darker chocolate drink, I have to make it by scratch. But having this is perfect! I even used for my coffee when I'm craving for mocha coffee!
