FDA Chocolate Salami

Beautiful chocolate with crunchy texture. So creative and original!

I hesitated to try, the name chocolate salami is a bit alarming and I thought it was savory salami covered with chocolate.
Once I put a slice in my mouth, I realized that it was fig and date with marzipan. It was so good. Not too sweet but chocolaty.
I highly recommend that you should give it a try.

I brought this dessert all the way to Chile for a family hosting me, and they couldn’t get enough! Not only was the service incredible while I picked out a product and sampled various chocolates, but the salami is incredibly high quality and delicious. I have already told my family members to bring another one down to Santiago for a Christmas gift!

First time out with the salami, but we have always enjoyed Katherine's unique creations. The salami was given along with some other chocolate goodies to our hostess as a thank you gift. Naturally the box did not stay closed for long. It is a great combination of ingredients and just the right bite for a meat product. The flavors were balanced and did I detect a little crunch? Well anyway, it was amazing!

Excellent and unusual chocolate. Like nothing you’ve ever had before. I’m addicted!!
