Fruity Crack Chocolate Bark

I have stopped in twice (once a year when I am here on business) and what a find! It's in the Bishop Arts district and it is worth the stop. First, they have chocolate you can actually taste! This isn't your regular chocolate, this is handmade and inspired chocolate. Combinations you wouldn't think work but do. So make sure you stop in for a sample, and you will leave with something! Also, the owner is so incredibly sweet and knowledgeable. Give him some love too!

We bought the Fruity Crack, two Dubai bars, and a box of Hanoi fudge. We loved the fudge and if it was still available now we'd order more. The Dubai bars had flavor like not-so-fresh pistachios, we didn't care for it and did not eat the second bar. The Fruity Crack is good, not amazing, but good. It was an interesting experiment buying chocolates online from an unknown (to us) confectioner.

Found this place on a lark while walking through Bishop and had to stop in due to the aromas wafting out.

The Fruity Crack was one of the only confections I could eat here (due to a nut allergy) but I'm so glad this was the one I could enjoy! The chocolate was delicious, sharp and rich, balanced by the sweet and chewy fruit embedded within! Definitely a new favorite that I'll be back for.
