Bandera foods Texas pecans, harvested, fried in pecan oil and tossed in cinnamon and salt. From there, we take over tossing them in Ecuadorian white chocolate and our own version off egg nog spices. Special note, we use a Moroccan spice called raz al hanout in the spice blend so you will absolutely not be getting the dreaded "pumpkin spice latte" vibe. Inspired by the scenes of the holiday celebrations when they drink eggnog our of plastic moose cups.
